Stitch3D now has a built-in help chat. Find answers on your own, or message us and get a faster reply.

• Click "Chat with us" at the bottom of the sidebar, or the help button in the viewer.
• Ask a question and get answers from our help articles right in the chat.
• Need a person? Start a conversation with our team from the same window. Replies show up in the chat, with an unread badge so you don't miss them.
• Help links in the share dialog and the upload dialog open the right article in place, so you stay in your project.

We rebuilt parts of the upload flow to handle large batches of files.

• File checks no longer hang, and your files show in the list as soon as you add them.
• The upload drawer lists every queued file, no matter how many you add.
• "Cancel all" now stops every upload, and asks you to confirm first.
• Your browser warns you before you refresh or leave the page during an upload.
• Large batches of photos upload more steadily.
• When you delete many files at once, the list updates right away.

• When you delete a layer in the viewer, it leaves the layers panel and the 3D scene right away and doesn't come back.
• Edits to annotations and to the 2D layer order no longer revert when you reload the viewer.
• You can delete items from the Favorites table again.
• The action button in the toast after moving a file works again.
• When your session expires, you go to the sign-in page instead of seeing an error.
